Turmeric Latte

Turmeric latte is a great option to replace coffee or simply enjoy it anytime. Turmeric fight inflammation and has a lot of antioxidants.Also it is fat soluble so its good to drink it with coconut milk or a fatty meal.

The pepper helps turmeric's absorption up to 2000 times making it more effective.


Serves 1 person Ingredients

1 tsp ground turmermic

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground ginger

1/8 tsp ground pepper

1/4 tsp ashwagandha powder (optional) 180 ml hot water 60 ml non-dairy milk 1 tsp coconut sugar or a natural sweetener


Method

1. Mix in a mug together the turmeric,cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, and ashwagandha if using. 2. Add the hot water and mix it well. Add the milk (warm if you prefer) and mix more. 3 Add the sugar or sweetener and enjoy!
